Hediyeh has taught yoga since 2008. She currently teaches yoga, pilates and personal training at Inspired Fitness Gym in Sebastopol. She has been working with sound and tuning forks since 2020 and is now offering Tuning Fork Therapy sessions.
Yoga Teacher & Sound Healer Hediyeh Bell will guide you in Restorative yoga poses to allow the body to open with ease as you enjoy a crystal bowl sound bath, which will enliven your vibrational body. During this special class and two hour EESystem session, tuning forks will be placed on the body to open chakras and to encourage circulation through your system.
Please bring a yoga mat, yoga bolster and two yoga blocks if you have them. If not, props will be provided.

I recently participated in the restorative yoga and tuning fork session with Hediyeh. What an amazing experience! Hediyeh is a gifted teacher, and was able to guide each of us to a deeper place in our bodies. The yoga was patiently and perfectly guided and the tuning forks she applied during the two hour session to various parts of our bodies, restored and opened parts of me that needed balancing.
I also appreciated the sound bath and the light waves. The entire experience felt incredibly restorative.
I am looking forward to repeating the experience. Next time it is offered. Highly recommend!
