This month, we welcome Sean T Fox, a Daoist Medicine Minister.
Frequency is a Powerful Meridian Technology.
Sacred tones, instruments and the focused human voice resonate directly in the crystalline tissues of the body, accessing and activating the same meridian points and pathways as Daoist Meridian Therapeutics and Qigong. Together these modalities speak the same language, working in harmony to clear, balance and restore.
Shentara draws upon the myriad lineages of sound healing which have existed since time immemorial. Calling upon the power of the human voice and a vast array of healing instruments including singing bowls, chimes, bells, gongs, flutes, rattles and drums, we help realign disrupted frequencies in the body, move stagnant energy and create profound shifts in consciousness.
The resonance of mantras, sutras, incantations, icaros, prayers and sacred songs has carried across cultures, continents and centuries. Our ceremonies use the power of these transmissions to channel intuitive guidance, invoke the healing presence of spiritual allies and help us relax deeper into states of consciousness where healing happens.
About Sean T
Sean T. Fox is a student and teacher of Life devoted to personal and planetary health. A Daoist Medicine Minister, Qigong and Yoga teacher, ceremonialist, sound healer, and musician, he brings a broad, integrative perspective to wellness that draws from traditions across centuries, continents, and cultures.
Over the past twenty years, Sean has received and refined the practice of Shentara, founding Shentara Wellness in 2018. Initiated into the Mastery of Shentara in 2019, he now serves as its lineage steward, lead teacher, and Minister of Daoist Meridian Therapeutics ceremonies.
His formal studies include a BA in Psychology from California State University and a Diploma of Acupuncture from Pacific Rim College in Victoria, BC. He is also an Initiate of the Moon and Sun at Las Pyramides del Ka Mystery School, alongside years of study with diverse human and Spirit teachers.
With a mission to bridge ancient wisdom and modern life, Sean offers Ceremonial Healing Journeys, Qigong classes and workshops, Voice Activation ceremonies, and retreats in the healing arts—each grounded in a sincere devotion to service and the sharing of these practices.

At the 6 pm session, Rei Blaser continues to explore the dance of sound in the Energy Wave Spa. She bathes guests with the deep tones of Tibetan Bowls, mixed with Crystal bowl and the deep anchoring sound of gongs. Each session is unique, and infused with intention for her guests to feel the regenerative quality produced by a sound journey. Rei currently offers weekly guided meditations on Sunday mornings at Botanica Nursery and Gardens (formerly Hidden Forest Nursery).
