1. What time should I arrive?
   Please arrive 20 minutes prior to get settled in.
2. What animals can attend the session?
   Cats and dogs can attend.
3. Are there any conditions that make my pet ineligible to attend?
   If your pet has a contagious disease, please contact us about a private session. If they are restless, please request a private introduction to the room.
4. Can my dog attend without a crate or carrier?
   Yes, if you don’t want to bring your dog in its crate or carrier, please be sure to bring your dog’s own dog bed to the pet session. We are not providing dog beds, and dogs cannot lay directly on the floor/mats for the whole session.
5. Can I bring my cat?
   Yes you can. We ask that you please bring your cat in a carrier.
6. Can I bring food for my pet into the session?
   No food is allowed in the session room for pets or humans. Please be sure to feed your pet with enough time in advance for them to properly relieve themselves before entering the session room.
7. What if people or pets are snoring or making other noises?
   While we ask everyone to participate in reducing noises, some noise including possible snoring will be inevitable. That’s why we ask you to please bring earplugs or a noise canceling headset if that would disturb you.
8. If a pet or someone is snoring, can I get a refund?
   There will be no refunds for noise-related issues. Please be prepared by bringing noise-canceling earplugs or headsets.
9. Is there a restroom nearby?
   Yes, there is a restroom nearby off of the main hallway. If you need to use the restroom during your session and your pet is not in a carrier, please bring the dog or cat with you to the restroom. We want to ensure the well-being of you, your pet and others in the session.
10. Can I take my pet out if it needs to relieve itself?
    Yes, you and your pet can leave the session room if it needs to relieve itself outside.
11. Can I leave the building and come back during the Pet Sessions?
    We ask that you please plan to not leave the building while participating in the Pet Sessions, unless you are taking your pet out to relieve itself. We don’t want the pet to be left unattended, unless you’re taking a bathroom break and the pet is in a carrier.
